Matlab m-script sub-routines for a statistical hypothesis test,
including computation of the threshold-to-noise variance ratio, power,
minimum detectable bias, level of significance, and operating
characteristic curves. A learning tool for the computation of tail
probability uncharted in the standard probability tables. Useful for
