Richard Langley Receives Inaugural Simply the Best Award

Prof. Langley is well known around the world for his work with GPS and other global navigation satellite systems. His research team developed algorithms that are found in virtually every GPS receiver and he has been a columnist and editor of the industry magazine GPS World for over 20 years. Prof. Langley is a fellow of both the Royal Institute of Navigation and The Institute of Navigation (ION) and was presented with the Johannes Kepler lifetime achievement award by the ION in 2007.
Prof. Langley received his Simply the Best Award at a special ceremony during UNB Homecoming 2010.
