Adrian Tout, from Australia, completed his M.Sc.E. in September 1997 and then took a whirl-wind tour of Europe on his way home. Rosa Tatasciore, from Ottawa, completed her M.Eng. in January 1998. Michael Sutherland, from Jamaica, is a Ph.D. candidate. He received a scholarship from the university's Centre for Property Studies to conduct his research in land administration.
